West Coast beaches are something else. Spontaneously took a road trip the other week and ended up at Piha. Forgot how breathtaking the scenery is out there. The surf gets rather savage, notoriously so, thus swimming wasn't really on the agenda per se but it was enough to get lost along the beautiful stretch of coastline.
I apologise for being pretty slack in terms of blogging lately, but truth be told, I feel like I'm lacking in both the inspiration and motivation. One could be the result of the other, I'm not sure, but things have been really busy for me. Recently started my new job, and been searching for a place to move into, so blogging has seemed somewhat irrelevant. Definitely looking forward to things settling down a bit over the holiday period - it's been a big year.
