I've been obsessively wearing these sunglasses lately. It seems that Category 3 lenses and sleep-depraved eyes were totally made for each other.

Been very bad at spending the bank's my money on stuff I don't particularly need. I need to cut my cards in half or something. The habit is just not good for me, in more ways than one. For instance, I'm compelled to go watch the mailbox like a hawk now...

first battalion

I recently got some items from Modcloth and this amazing MJ style jacket is one of them. I've always been obsessed with military themed things so this jacket is obviously a dream. I love that it's white so I can wear it during the day without looking too costumey, and at night, I can throw it on over an LBD for some stark contrast. The strong shoulders are definitely a plus too. It's on sale right now for $39 so yeah, I would get it before it sells out!

Another addition to my growing collection of leather jackets, this one makes four now. And I also have it in black, too. I guess rotating around these will be all the variety I need in outerwear over the next few months. The thigh high boots are also a perfect addition for winter, now I won't be restricted to jeans and pants anymore. No idea why I didn't think of this before.

bittersweet

First few days back have been hectic, but that was to be expected. Things have settled down now and it doesn't look like my schedule is too full on this semester so I'm hoping (somewhat wistfully) that my blogging schedule won't have to suffer. What is annoying though is having to break my heel habit again haha

Speaking of which I was extremely lucky to get in on a preorder for these Jeffrey Campbell wedges I've been lusting after (Clinics anyone?). Drawback is that they won't be shipped till the end of the month! I sense one hell of an agonising wait coming right up...
