Completely guilty of neglecting this place. Have just been enjoying the distractions of everyday life a bit too much! I do however have a massive backlog of photos built up from our daily excursions - so yes, expect regular posting on here from now on!

set my soul alight

I've accumulated a few pretty trinkets in the form of blog awards lately from Natelle, Vali, Fashion Westie, Jasna and Lauren. Because some of them were either the same or just very similar I think I'll combine 'em all up into one and reveal a few of my guilty pleasures...

#1 Facebook. During exam time, I live here.

#2 Tazo tea. More of a coffee person than a tea drinker usually, but for this I have to make an exception.

#3 Shoes. I practically have a new pair featured with every post I do on here so you can imagine the floorspace I have dedicated to my collection...

#5 Edward Cullen. Ah, I'm fresh from New Moon so I gotta mention my favourite vampire boy. I mean c'mon, I die a little everytime I look at the guy.

Since there's just way too many blogs I'd like to tag, and I'm not sure who's already got what, I'm leaving this open to anyone and everyone who'd like to do a list of their own :)

sheer indulgence

Doing nothing at all has never felt this good - spent the day just lazing around, drinking ice tea and generally emptying out the remnants of any leftover knowledge from exams. Tomorrow I'm tackling the magazine rack at Borders...

off duty

So yes, occasionally I do take a break from wearing heels. My walking speed improves tenfold when I do so.

I can't wait till this time next week. Exams will be over and I can go crrrazy... well if I haven't already done so by then with all this cramming.

In the past few days I have,

- munched through several packets of oreos
- slept in til midday
- watched entire seasons of the big bang theory
- become curiously addicted to chictopia
- annoyed the cat
- plotted a multitude of ways to spend my scholarship money (all of which involve abhorrent/unjustifiable amounts to spend on single items of clothing)
- lomo-ed the hell out of these photos
- done anything but study.
